Cognitive Impairment Education

Dear Colleagues,  

We invite you to participate in an OnDemand online CE activity focusing on brain health and managing cognitive impairment in primary care settings. The activity includes strategies for engaging patients in discussions on brain health, integrating cognitive screenings into wellness visits, employing appropriate follow-up and referral, and implementing a coordinated care approach.

The expert faculty for this activity includes Dr. Eric G. Tangalos, a Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Sharon Cohen, a Behavioral Neurologist and Founder of the Toronto Memory Program, and Dr. Tatiana Sadak, a Neurodegenerative Disorders Specialist at the University of Washington School of Nursing.
