Under no circumstances, except as defined in this Privacy Policy, will NBCI disclose personally identifiable information about any user to any third party without that user's consent and the consent of such other users after adequate disclosure.

5. Links (NBCI) may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Use of any linked website is solely at the user’s risk. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by NBCI.
