Requirements:
- Must be a member of the Black Church for more than 5 years
- Must have a Pastor
- Must be kind and have leadership skills
- Have a Master's degree in the related science fields
- Must understand Black women's health issues
- Must have fundraising experience
- You must understand the dynamics of the Black church
- Must have a workable understanding of healthcare or be willing to learn
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must be able to speak in front of large audiences
- Must be able to travel/Must be able to drive
- Must be able to act like a Christian woman at all times
- Must be calm
- Must be able to run an administrative staff
- This is a professional position, you must be able to entertain
- Must be able to file reports and all related documents

NBCI is Hiring 50 Community Health Workers (CHW) from our Churches
NBCI is looking to hire CHWs all across the country in every zip code where over 100,000 African Americans live.- Requirements:
- You must join NBCI social media as your first step to qualify
- Be a member of the Black Church or faith community
- Have a B.S. or Master's degree in any of the sciences
- Live in the zip code or city where you go to church
- You must have a car (This is not remote work)
- You must have a first-class computer
- You must have a good driving record
- Must be able to travel
- Salary of $55,000 to $85,000 (If you are hired, will will work in the same community in which you live)
