Are you prepared if a disaster strikes your community?
Each person should be prepared in the event a man-made or natural disaster hits your community. You might not have access to food, water, or electricity for some time. It is recommended that you have an emergency kit for your home, office, car and school. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends one gallon of drinking water per person, per day (1 gallon = 3.7 Litres). This is where NBCI can help.

Cedisus Principle Jerry ClarkEach day we decide what liquids will and will not go into our body. Ideally, we should be selecting something that will cool us down on a hot day, stop cancer cells from spreading, remove waste from our body, lubricate muscles and joints, keep us hydrated, and detox our system (viruses). So what ritual do we really follow?

Drinking adequate amounts of water is the answer. Just like all humans are not the same, neither are all water choices. Drinking Healthy Hydration pH Water with Nutrients not only helps you change your ritual but positions you to "Drink for a Healthier You".

How much water does a person need?
It is generally accepted to drink around 1.2 litres (6-8 glasses) per day. This is on top of the water provides by food (about 20%). We have to drink more when the weather is hot, or if we have been active because we lose water through breathing and sweating. Some people need to drink more
(for example: children, lactating women, older adults and
    individuals participating in physical activity).

What is pH and why is it important?
pH is a term used to indicate the alkalinity or acidity of a substance as ranked on a scale from 1.0 to 14.0.
    7 represents neutral
    Below 7 is considered "Acidic"
Above 7 is considered "Alkaline" or "Basic"

pH of some common liquids

Extended pH imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. The body's primary regulator system closely regulates acid-alkaline balance in every cell and system.
  • The pH water from Cedisus is 7.6 - 7.8 (Alkaline).
  • Active individuals (athletes, construction workers) and those that do not drink much water should monitor their urine color even closer. Urine can reveal what you have been eating, how much you have been drinking and what diseases you have.
What nutrients are in the water?
Nutrients come from natural springs where water flows to the surface of the earth from underground. They include calcium, potassium and magnesium. This is in addition to the 7.6 pH level.

What is the environmental impact?
Somewhere around 2.4 million tons of polyethylene terephthalate plastic (commonly used for bottling drinks) is discarded in the U.S. each year, and up to 41 percent of that comes from water bottles. Cedisus water bottles are recyclable and everyone is encouraged to implement a recycle plan.

What is the shelf life of the bottled water?
Shelf life is around two years. Cedisus recommends drinking the water within the first twelve (12) months. Another key advantage of using Cedisus is that our bottled water has not been sitting around on store shelves for months. The manufacturing process occurs when you place your order.
